Making my piece work on a touchscreen

I was planned to present my final piece on a big 84 inch touchscreen, because the images would be even bigger and it would be easier to see every single detail, also viewers could press the scar with their hands and listen to the audio recordings.
I tried numerous times my piece on that touch screen, but I kept having problems to make it work properly. The first time I couldn't make it work. These screens they are like computers they have windows installed into them, but they don't have flash player program, which I needed to make everything work. This program could be installed by IT, but I was advised that it would take too long for them to do it and I need to look at other options. The other option was to play it through browser, which worked, however with one small issue. When I open the browser my piece looked like that:

It had a grey background, I was able to position the image so I couldn't see grey anymore, but the browser arrows were still on the screen, so if anyone by accident were to press on them the image move from its position. I went to John to ask for advice and he said that the HTML code needs to be changed. He helped me to do this as I have never used Dreamwiever or anything else similar before. He scaled the image down so the grey background disappeared.

And that is how my final project looked on the big touch screen:

There is one more small issue but it cannot be changed. The screens have 2 small arrows on the sides, that have options: home, back, drawing and so on. But I cannot turn them off. They are not part of my interactive piece, but they are there. The only thing that I can do is to move them up and down.
