Finding more people with scars

Due to the fact that there was not much time left for this project I needed to find people that live close to me or the university so it would take less time to get to the them. So I asked my classmate to put up a message on Salford IQ Facebook page and to ask if anyone, who lives there has a scar from surgery. This student residence is very close to the university and it has around 800 people living there. Because I don't live there, I couldn't do it myself, but we got a great response. Around 6 people responded to the message, but 1 of them had a scar that was too small to photograph and one more person didn't got back to me later on. But I got 4 people out of this, just enough for my project.

Images that I got from this photoshoot:

And the audio:

After recording the audio I noticed that in one of them there is a weird sound like squeaking and I don't know from were it appeared. I tried to get rid of it in Adobe Audition as much as I could, but some of the sound was on top of the girl speaking, so it had to stay. When listening to the sound on my laptop I just can still hear it, but when I tried using those big 84 inch screens in university I couldn't hear the noice. That is the problem that I don't know how to solve yet.

Moreover, I reshoot the very first scar of appendectomy, because I used ring flash for the first time and the scar looked too flat, so for this time I lit it from the side which cast a shadow and it is easier to see it. That is the image:
